Welcome to Bakwaas Wears! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital wallets. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆

We aim to dispatch all orders within [10-12] business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or other shipping carrier delays but we also ensure that if any delays happen due to some other issue then we give information about it via call or messaging services because its our responsibility. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆

We maintain strict quality control. Returns / Exchanges are only accepted in the rare case of a defective product or a size mismatch from our end.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

⚠️ Note:
Customers must have a clear unboxing video and product photos taken at the time of delivery.
This is mandatory for verification purposes.
Requests without an unboxing video/photos or delayed intimation may not be accepted.

Order cancellation is only possible if the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Customers must inform our team within 24 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation.

After 24 hours, orders are processed and sent for dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
